okay, so what would be the worst scenario for the start of a day?? all around me is on fire and all i wanted to do was check to see how things are going. but, NOOOOOOO the frickin tv is dead as a doornail! does not make me happy. it was 12 years old and it would cost more to fix it than it's worth, so what's a girl to do. well, fortunatly i found on craigs list a 2 year old 30 inch hdtv for 200 bucks. what a frickin deal! i don't quite understand how hdtv works, but it's a way better picture than i had before. oh yeah, fires are still buring, the sunset was incrediable and the moon is red. and there is quarter inch of ash covering my car.

okay, so the fires are becoming controllable. i could not get a reasonably priced flight to NJ for the weekend to see bon jovi with my mates, so instead i continue to be trapped here in cali. i guess it wouldn't be so bad, but with the air quality so bad it's tough to do anything outside. i will be going to champs for football on sunday with the boys. and it's matt's off friday, so will be able to spend 3 days together!! yipee.
o0h yeah, this survivor game. I am pretty sure that I dived at one of the other islands that bonnaire is affilated with. I wonder if everyone picked up that it might be a good idea to know something about the island? it would be great to be able to see who and when reads the threads that jeff posts (hint, hint). okay, so it's a little weird to be playing this game with kids. oh well, can't underestimate anyone. i just hope that the games never goes past their bedtime. ha ha ha
